March Neighborhood Social

Welcome to the Neighborhood House Party Our March neighborhood social event is a house party! It will be held at 2653 Bryant Avenue South and hosted by neighbor Chris Lenhart. If you love historic homes in the Wedge, you don’t want to miss this! All are welcome whether you’ve lived in the Wedge for 3 months or 30 years. A special focus of the event will be welcoming new neighbors, with lots of opportunities to socialize and meet new people.

Food and Bev: Catering will be provided by Abi’s Restaurant, a Wedge-based restaurant serving delicious Salvadorian food. Be sure to RSVP so we can get a head count for the food! This event is BYOB (bring your own beverage). If you can, bring a six-pack to share! We’ll have coolers to keep drinks cold. Look for the house with balloons on the porch, that’s how you’ll know you’re in the right place!

Time: 7-9 PM* (official) Karaoke will start just before 9 PM for the afterparty. (*unofficial) First time attending? Don’t be shy! Our welcome team will greet you at the door and help you feel comfortable. There will be an optional drop-in icebreaker activity to inspire conversations about community projects and getting to know one another. Accessibility: There are a couple of stairs at the front and back entrances. Please reach out to neighbors@thewedge.org if you require wheelchair access so we can provide a ramp.
