The Lowry Hill East Neighborhood Association Zoning and Planning committee meetings are held the second Wednesday of the month at 6:30 pm at our office at 2101 Hennepin Ave. S, 55405

The Zoning and Planning Committee is currently working on three items. First, the proposed development at Franklin / Lyndale. Second, the proposed Pedestrian Overlay District and last the proposed rezoning of the neighborhood.

ESG Architects will return to the Z&P committee at the August 12th meeting.  If you have questions or concerns about this building, on the present site of Cheapo Records, please attend this meeting.  This will be your last chance before the 8/17/15 Minneapolis Planning Commission hearing.
